Job summary

Valley View Medical Center in Fort Mohave, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Woman's Services to join our night shift team. You will deliver compassionate obstetric and women's health care in a smaller hospital setting with collaborative colleagues.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license in Arizona and an Associate's Degree in Nursing, with BCLS and others completed within 6 months of hire. We offer robust benefits, career growth, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS and NIHSS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
• Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
