Job summary

Coweta Care and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing care on Saturdays (1 shift) with PRN Sundays. The role offers PTO, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan, with opportunities for shift-based earnings and professional appreciation events.

The ideal candidate will lead care plans, assess residents, and ensure timely physician orders while maintaining high standards of care and teamwork in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• One year of nursing experience is preferred.
• Valid RN license for the state of Oklahoma is required.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff.
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of nursing.
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesss and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders.
• Assigns nursing care to team members based on needs and capabilities.
• Administers medications.
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents.
• Documents treatments as required.
• Ensures supplies are used economically and equipment is clean and safe.
• Other duties as assigned.
