Grace Skilled Nursing & Therapy is seeking a RN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing teams and uphold high care standards in a Long-Term Care setting. The role focuses on supervision, training, and ensuring policies are followed, with strong emphasis on compassionate, family-inclusive communication.

The position requires Oklahoma RN licensure, current First Aid/CPR, and prior supervisory experience. Competitive benefits accompany full-time weekend schedules and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities and Purpose

• Ensure nursing operational standards are met.
• Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures.
• Train new team members and evaluate nurses’ performance.
• Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions.
• Handle complaints or other issues.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to residents, family and friends.

Required Experience and Education

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Up to date First Aid and CPR certification.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• One (1) or more years of experience in Long Term Care environment preferred.
