Coweta Care and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our team for weekend coverage. The role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to lead nursing care plans, and collaboration with staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

Eligible candidates hold an Oklahoma RN license, CPR certification, and have a commitment to compassionate, compliant care. Weekend shifts include 1-8 hour shift on Saturdays and PRN Sundays, with competitive pay and

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• One year of nursing experience is preferred.
• Valid RN license for the state of Oklahoma is required.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provides services that exceed company and regulatory standards.
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents resident’s condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns nursing care to team members according to needs and capabilities.
• Administers medications and starts IVs, with proper documentation.
• Maintains supplies and equipment in a safe, economical manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions of Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor:

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents that treatment as required
• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor:

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
• One year of nursing experience is preferred
• Valid RN license for the state of Oklahoma is required
• Valid CPR certificationAbility to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
