Regal Heights Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Delaware is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor for our skilled nursing facility. This part-time role oversees weekend clinical operations, supports nursing staff, and ensures residents receive high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an active DE RN license with 2–3 years of supervisory experience in long‑term care and is skilled in resident assessment, interdisciplinary coordination, and documentation, including

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Delaware.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Experience with electronic documentation systems (PCC preferred).
• Ability to assess residents and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Assess resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Manage staffing, assignments, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our team in our skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations during the weekend shifts, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care, and supporting nursing staff.

Registered Nurse (RN) Shift Type:

• Part-time shift available
• Every Other Weekend (Friday and Saturday 11 pm to 7 am)

Registered Nurse (RN) Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
