WellBridge of Clarkston is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for overnight shifts in Clarkston, MI. You will join a skilled nursing team handling orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, and more, using the latest technology within a strong interdisciplinary group.

You will earn up to $45.40 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus shift premiums and hero pay. Competitive benefits, advancement opportunities, and a 1:14 patient ratio foster a supportive EPICteam environment.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an RN in Michigan (required).
• CPR-BLS certification (required).
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Strong analytical abilities for personalized care planning and problem solving.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork orientation.

Responsabilités

• Perform treatments including wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing duties.
• Administer medications as prescribed and counsel patients/families on changes.
• Provide preventative and supportive nursing care to promote well-being.
• Oversee Nurse Aide team, provide direction and training as needed.
• Promote hospitality, empathy, and a positive healing environment.

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• 12 hour shifts - All shifts include Rotating Weekends & some holidays
• Afternoons - 7P - 7a shift

How you will help people every day:

• You will perform a variety of treatments, including would care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• You will administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• You will oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• REQUIRED: A current license to practice as an RN Registered Nurse in Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
• You are a team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support your team members and get the job done.
