Job summary

Gold Crest Care Center, Inc. in the Bronx is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing team on one unit and ensure the highest standard of resident care.

The role oversees daily unit operations, supports staff, conducts audits, coordinates admissions, and liaises with families, physicians, and departments to promote compliance and quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current NY RN license.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Prior supervisory and administrative experience.

Your Role:

What We’re Looking For:

• Current NY RN License
