Job summary

Gold Crest Care Center, a CMS 5-Star rated skilled nursing facility in the Bronx, is hiring an RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit and ensure high-quality resident care.

You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, conduct audits, liaise with families and physicians, and participate in leadership discussions. NY RN license required; Long-Term Care experience preferred; daytime Mon-Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• Current NY RN License is required.
• Experience in Long-Term Care preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Prior supervisory and administrative experience.

Your Role:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the unit

• Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver top-quality care

• Act as liaison with families, physicians, and departments

• Investigate incidents, ensure follow-up, and promote compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Current NY RN License
