Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

About the role

The Onondaga Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for our skilled nursing facility. We are now offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing guidelines by updating policies and procedures.
• Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet Resident care requirements.
• Support Residents and their families, fostering a compassionate environment.
• Answer questions and provide information to Residents and Staff.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Protect Resident confidentiality by monitoring information processing.
• Audit Resident and department records to maintain documentation of care services.
• Manage nursing supplies inventory and other duties as required.

Minimum requirements

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid RN License.
• Experience in Long-Term Care.
