The role acts as a clinical leader and resource for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, coordinating admissions, care planning, documentation, and resident-family communication to maintain a safe, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on the unit.
• Ensure delivery of quality care in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor resident conditions and participate in care planning.
• Oversee documentation, physician orders, and medication administration.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Address resident and family concerns.
• Participate in quality assurance and survey readiness efforts.
