Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager:

• Supervise and lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Provide education and training to staff on clinical procedures, protocols, and best practices.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized care for each patient.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager:

• Previous Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager preferred
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Connecticut.
• AAS in Nursing, bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• BLS Certification (Required)
