Job summary

The Grand Healthcare System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead our nursing team on the day shift. This is a full-time position focusing on clinical leadership, staff support, and maintaining high standards of resident care across the unit.

You will supervise nursing staff, promote safety and quality outcomes, review resident plans, and collaborate with leadership to optimize daily operations in a full-time day-shift setting.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license required.
• 2+ years of long-term care experience preferred.
• 1+ year of Unit Manager experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency for clinical documentation and communication.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, nurses and the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility and employee policies and procedures are followed consistently.
• Provide clinical direction, coaching and mentorship to nurses and other team members.

Full-Time | Day Shift | $108,000–$118,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team as an Registered Nurse Unit Manager. This is a full-time day-shift opportunity for a clinical leader who enjoys supporting staff, maintaining high standards of care, and making sure daily unit operations run smoothly.

Shift: Monday to Friday, day shift

Position Overview

The RN Unit Manager is responsible for the day-to-day clinical and operational oversight of the nursing unit. This position works closely with nursing staff, residents, families, and facility leadership to promote safe, consistent, high-quality resident care.

In This Role, You Will:

• Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff while overseeing daily unit activities.
• Ensure facility and employee policies and procedures are followed consistently.
• Provide clinical direction, coaching, and mentorship to nurses and other members of the team.
• Maintain appropriate standards of nursing care with a focus on resident safety and quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For
