Casa of Hobart in Indiana is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to oversee resident care and lead the nursing team. You will supervise nursing personnel, ensure adherence to state, federal and corporate guidelines, and coordinate care interventions with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, a valid RN or LPN license, ethical standards, and the ability to make independent decisions while promoting teamwork and regulatory compliance

The Unit Manager will oversee the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. You will utilize expertise in the leadership role as a manager; supervise and coordinate nursing personnel in providing direct resident care in adherence to State, Federal and corporate guidelines.

The Unit Manager – RN/LPN coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center’s clinical systems and regulatory compliance.

Unit Manager (RN/LPN) Requirements:
