Job summary

WellBridge of Clarkston in Clarkston, MI is hiring a Registered Nurse RN for midnight shifts to join a skilled nursing team delivering specialized care across orthopedic, cardiac, respiratory, oncology and more.

You will assess patient needs, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team using the latest technology in a patient-centered environment. The role includes shift premiums and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• A current license to practice as an RN in Michigan; CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of treatments and care procedures including wound care, IV therapy, and dialysis.

• Oversee Nurse Aide team and contribute to training and evaluations.

You will earn: up to $45.40 per hour! $10,000 Sign On Bonus

• RN Starting Wage: $38.00 per hour base rate
• PLUS Shift Premium $4.00 per hour for Afternoons & Nights
• Plus $3.40 per hour Hero Pay

Scheduling

• 12 hour shifts - All shifts include Rotating Weekends & some holidays
• Afternoons - 7P - 7a shift

Our Responsibilities

• You will perform a variety of treatments, including would care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• You will administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• You will oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

Requirements

• REQUIRED: A current license to practice as an RN Registered Nurse in Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
