Job summary

WellBridge of Clarkston is seeking a Registered Nurse RN for midnight shifts on our skilled nursing team. You will provide comprehensive care across orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative, infections, neurology and dermatology, using the latest technology and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

You will earn up to $45.40 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Base wage is $38.00/hr, plus $4.00/hr shift premium and $3.40/hr hero pay, plus yearly wage increases.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an RN Registered Nurse in Michigan.
• Current CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and evaluate patient well-being.
• Excellent customer service with a commitment to compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments including wound care, IV therapy, and other bedside procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed and explain changes to patients and families.
• Provide preventative and supportive care for patients' physiologic and psychosocial well-being.
• Oversee Nurse Aide team with direction, training, and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and high-quality service in daily interactions with patients and families.

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• 12 hour shifts - All shifts include Rotating Weekends & some holidays
• Afternoons - 7P - 7a shift

How you will help people every day:

• You will perform a variety of treatments, including would care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• You will administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• You will oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• REQUIRED: A current license to practice as an RN Registered Nurse in Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
