Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of unit operations, supervise nursing staff, and monitor patient care.
2. Engage in staff clinical development, assess patient and family education needs, and provide necessary information.
3. Utilize the nursing process to address clinical and psychosocial needs, ensuring effective communication and documentation.
4. Identify and address clinical, social, and safety issues proactively, seeking opportunities to improve practice.
5. Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure quality resident care.
6. Maintain accurate records of resident condition changes and ensure compliance with policies.
7. Lead by building strong relationships among staff and promoting shared governance.
8. Ensure proper documentation and communication during shift hand-offs.
9. Implement physician orders timely and communicate resident status effectively to families.

Qualifications:
