Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is Under New Management and looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to work in our facility in Syracuse, NY.

Duties Include

1. Handle all supervisory duties for the unit
2. Establish employee policies and procedures
3. Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice
4. Establish the standards of care for the unit
5. Review Resident records & quality of care
6. Monitor overall care & review individual Resident cases
7. Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families
8. Ensure the department is well-stocked with medical supplies
9. Represent the unit's interests with the upper-level management

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3yrs. Long-Term Care experience
2. Minimum 1yr. Unit Manager experience
3. Must hold valid RN License
4. Basic computer skills
5. Strong communication skills
