Job summary

Complete Care at Willow Creek in New Jersey is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and uphold exceptional resident care. You will supervise staff, conduct rounds, and collaborate with physicians to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license in New Jersey (active, unencumbered)
• 2 years SNF Management Experience
• BLS and IV certification
• Previous staff management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift and ensure quality resident care
• Conduct nursing rounds throughout the shift
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and resident family members
• Assess the unique needs of each resident and help determine appropriate treatment plans
• Monitor treatments and resident progress in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Coordinate with physicians and other members of the care team to support positive outcomes
• Ensure staff perform their duties in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
