Catholic Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide telephone triage support for hospice patients and families in New York. The RN will assess needs, coordinate services, and guide clinical care, ensuring timely interventions. This role requires an NY RN license, a nursing degree, and prior hospice or related experience.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current New York State RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in hospice, oncology, home health, or medical-surgical nursing.
• Hospice and palliative care certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and computer skills.

Overview

Good Shepherd Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide telephone triage support for hospice patients and families. The Triage Nurse assesses patient needs, coordinates care and services, provides clinical guidance, and ensures timely interventions to support quality end-of-life care.

Job Details

Qualifications:

Salary Range

USD $50.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
