Job summary

T Tanner-Health-1 in Carrollton, GA seeks a Registered Nurse with at least two years of RN experience to deliver nursing care, assess patient needs and coordinate care plans.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs and assistive personnel, ensuring care aligns with the state nurse practice act and hospital policies, while keeping licensure and certifications current.

Qualifications

• Georgia RN license (or multistate) in good standing.
• CPR certification (Healthcare Provider) or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months for ED/ICU/Surgery/PACU/L&D/SSU if GI call.
• NRP within 1 year for Nursery and L&D.
• PALS within 1 year in PACU.
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.

$20,000 Sign On Bonus – External Hires with Two Years RN Experience Only

The Registered Nurse performs nursing functions and supervises other RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel in the performance of nursing care according to the state nurse practice act. The Registered Nurse assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided.
