Tanner Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in Georgia to provide nursing care, supervise other staff, and coordinate patient plans. The role focuses on assessing needs, planning care, and evaluating outcomes to ensure quality patient care.

The position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus for external hires with two years of RN experience, and requires Georgia RN licensure with CPR and other certifications. Willowbrooke-related requirements may apply for certain units.

Qualifications

• RN license in Georgia or multistate license.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED/ICU/Surgery/PACU/L&D/SSU or GI/Cath Lab.
• NRP within 1 year of hire into Nursery and L&D.
• PALS within 1 year of hire in PACU.
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.
• Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.

The Registered Nurse performs nursing functions and supervises other RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel in the performance of nursing care according to the state nurse practice act. The Registered Nurse assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided.
