Job summary

The Registered Nurse at Tanner-Health-1 performs nursing functions and supervises RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel in the performance of nursing care according to the state nurse practice act. You will assess patient needs, plan and implement patient care, and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided.

All license/certification requirements include Georgia RN License or Multistate License and CPR.

Qualifications

• Georgia RN license or multistate license is required.
• CPR (Healthcare Provider) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLC certification within 6 months of hire for ED/ICU/Surgery/PACU/L&D/SSU (GI call/Cath Lab).
• NRP within 1 year of hire into Nursery and L&D; PALS within 1 year in PACU.
• SCIPP certification required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel according to the state nurse practice act.
