Job summary

Tanner Health in Carrollton, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care and supervise licensed staff in accordance with the state nurse practice act.

The role includes assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, and evaluating outcomes. A GA RN license and CPR are required; ACLS/NRP/PALS/SCIPP are expected within specified timelines. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available forExternal Hires with two years RN experience.

Qualifications

• Georgia RN license (or multistate) required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire for ED/ICU/Surgery/PACU/L&D/SSU with GI call.
• NRP within 1 year of hire for Nursery and L&D.
• PALS within 1 year of hire in PACU.
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Registered Nurse performs nursing functions and supervises other RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel in the performance of nursing care according to the state nurse practice act. The Registered Nurse assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided.
