Tanner Health in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse with at least two years of RN experience to provide comprehensive patient care and supervise nursing staff.

This role includes assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, and evaluating outcomes, with opportunities to utilize ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications as required, and a $20,000 sign-on bonus for external hires.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if GI call.
• NRP within 1 year of hire into Nursery and L&D.
• PALS within 1 year of hire in PACU.
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.

$20,000 Sign On Bonus – External Hires with Two Years RN Experience Only

The Registered Nurse performs nursing functions and supervises other RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel in the performance of nursing care according to the state nurse practice act. The Registered Nurse assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided.

• Georgia Registered Nurse License or Multistate Nursing License
• Healthcare Provider (CPR) or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if taking GI call, or Cath Lab.
• NRP within one year of hire into Nursery and L&D
• PALS within on year of hire in PACU
• NOTE: SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.
