Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Georgia to provide nursing care and supervise support staff. The role requires an active Georgia RN license and CPR certification, with ACLS/NRP/PALS training timelines to be met within specified periods. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for external hires who have two years of RN experience.

The RN will assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes while adhering to state nurse practice standards and hospital policies.

The Registered Nurse performs nursing functions and supervises other RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel in the performance of nursing care according to the state nurse practice act. The Registered Nurse assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided.

• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if taking GI call, or Cath Lab.
• NRP within one year of hire into Nursery and L&D
• PALS within on year of hire in PACU
• NOTE: SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.
