Job summary

Tanner Health in Carrollton, GA seeks a Registered Nurse to perform nursing functions and supervise RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel according to the state nurse practice act. The RN assesses patient needs, plans and implements care, and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided.

Licensure requirements include a Georgia RN license (or multistate), CPR within 30 days, ACLS within 6 months, NRP and PALS within specified timeframes, and SCIPP within 90 days for Willowbrooke assignments.

Qualifications

• Active GA RN license or multistate license.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• NRP within 12 months of hire into Nursery and L&D.
• PALS within 12 months of hire in PACU.
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.

• NRP within one year of hire into Nursery and L&D
• PALS within on year of hire in PACU
• NOTE: SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.
