Peterson Health in Kerrville, TX, is seeking a Full Time RN for the Main Operating Room. You will advocate for patients during the perioperative period and coordinate care with surgeons and staff while ensuring safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Acts as patient advocate during the perioperative period by implementing a plan to protect them from injury, wrong site surgery, infection and retained instruments. Coordinates the patient’s care between providers and hospital staff. Supports the patient’s physical and emotional needs, while assisting the surgeon. Documents care provided accurately and completely, including interventions, equipment, and supplies.
