Job summary

Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgery in Plano, TX. This full-time role (36 hours/week) runs Wednesday–Friday in a fast-paced surgical setting, with opportunities for cross-training and career development.

The ideal candidate will hold a Nursing Diploma or higher, have an active RN license, and possess OR experience along with BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications or training within required timelines.

Qualifications

  • Nursing Diploma required.
  • Associate’s Degree of Nursing required.
  • Bachelor’s degree of Nursing preferred.
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse required.
  • Previous Operating Room (OR) experience required.
  • RN – Registered Nurse on hire required.
  • BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support before patient care and quarterly maintained.
  • ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire.
  • PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days of hire.
  • CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days required.

Work hours

Full-Time (36 hours per week) – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

Surgery Department Highlights

Here’s What You Need
  • Nursing Diploma required
  • Associate’s Degree of Nursing required
  • Bachelor’s degree of Nursing preferred
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse required
