UP Health System - Marquette is seeking a registered nurse for the operating room (OR RN) to join a high‑performing OR team. The role involves perioperative care, collaboration with surgical teams, and patient advocacy in a fast-paced setting.
Qualified candidates hold a Michigan RN license and an associate degree in nursing (bachelor's preferred). A 0.75 FTE schedule with 6 x 10‑hour shifts and rotating weekends/holidays is offered, plus a $7,500 sign‑on bonus for qualifying applicants.

Our high‑performing Operating Room (OR) team is a collaborative, fast‑paced department. OR nurses work side‑by‑side with surgical teams to deliver safe, high‑quality care, supported by strong communication, teamwork, and a shared commitment to excellent patient outcomes.
The OR features 12 procedure rooms and offers 8, 10, and 12‑hour shift options based on unit needs. Call requirements include one night per week and one weekend per month. Weekend and holiday rotations are established and mapped out annually, providing predictability and work‑life balance.
