Spring Creek Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3pm–11pm shift Monday through Thursday. You will oversee the nursing team, coordinate patient care, and ensure high-quality outcomes while partnering with an interdisciplinary group.

Qualificações

• Current RN license.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and mentor a team of nurses and CNAs to ensure quality patient care and staff development.
• Coordinate patient care activities, including medication administration, wound care, and treatment plans.
• Monitor and report patient status to the Charge Nurse and other members of the healthcare team.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, treatment plans, and staff performance.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure quality patient care and staff development
