Qualifications

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and a calm environment throughout the facility.
• Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Direct the day-to-day functions of the STNA's per current rules and guidelines.
• Participate in facility surveys by government agencies as requested.
• Interpret the department's policies to personnel, residents, and visitors.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Complete accident/incident reports as necessary.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
• Report discrepancies noted concerning physician's orders, diet changes, charting errors to the DON.

• Complete accident/incident reports as necessary.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary.
• Report all discrepancies noted concerning physician's orders, diet change, charting error, etc., to the DON.

Registered Nurse (RN) Skills
