Job summary

Coral Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff, oversee resident care plans, and ensure high-quality care on assigned units. This role supports a team-oriented environment and emphasizes compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Prior supervisor experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units.
• Oversee implementation of resident care plans.
• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates.
• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance.
• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Shifts available:

• 3:00pm-11:00am Monday-Friday with an On-Call weekend rotation

• 11:00pm- 7:00 am Full Time with an On-Call weekend rotation

• 7:00am–7:00pm Every Other Weekend Part Time

• 7:00pm-7:00am Every Other Weekend Part Time
