Job summary

Midwest Pain Clinics (MPC) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to provide clinical leadership and ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The role focuses on leading a healthcare team, improving operations, and maintaining regulatory compliance within an outpatient setting.

The RN Supervisor will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, staff staffing, training, and performance evaluations, while supporting quality improvement initiatives and ensuring licensure and

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Current ACLS certification.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support clinical staff.
  • Build strong working relationships with patients, physicians, and employees.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical resources based on patient and procedural needs.
  • Ensure team members maintain appropriate licenses, certifications, and competencies.
  • Coordinate new employee orientation, training, competency assessments, and performance reviews.
  • Address patient and employee concerns and participate in root-cause analysis.
  • Lead and support QAPI and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Complete required clinical, regulatory, and QAPI reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and other applicable standards.
  • Oversee Infection Control, Radiation Safety, and Life Safety programs.
  • Maintain safety, inspection, infection control, and regulatory documentation.
  • Coordinate safety meetings, drills, and ongoing staff education.
  • Monitor work communications and assist with additional operational needs as required.

Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Full-Time | $100,000-$120,000/year | Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM & Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

Lead With Purpose

Midwest Pain Clinics (MPC) is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and help ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care. This is an opportunity to lead a healthcare team while having a direct impact on clinical operations, employee development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Your Impact

In this leadership position, you will oversee day-to-day clinical operations and help ensure the team has the staffing, resources, training, and support needed to provide excellent patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Senior-level healthcare experience may be considered in place of education requirements.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Current ACLS certification.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based applications.
Preferred:
  • Infection Preventionist certification.
