Midwest Pain Clinics (MPC) in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and ensure safe, efficient patient care in a busy outpatient setting.

In this role you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staffing and training, and lead quality improvement initiatives, while aligning with CMS and Joint Commission standards.

The position offers a full-time schedule, competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree combined with 2+ years of clinical experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Senior-level healthcare experience may be considered in place of education.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support clinical staff.
• Build relationships with patients, physicians, and employees.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical resources.
• Ensure licenses, certifications, and competencies are maintained.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and training.
• Address patient and employee concerns; conduct root cause analyses.
• Lead QAPI and quality improvement initiatives.
• Complete clinical, regulatory, and QAPI reporting.
• Maintain CMS, Joint Commission, and other standards.
• Oversee Infection Control, Radiation Safety, and Life Safety programs.
• Maintain safety docs; coordinate safety meetings and drills.
• Monitor communications and support additional operational needs.

Full-Time | $100,000-$120,000/year | Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM & Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

Midwest Pain Clinics (MPC) is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and help ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality patient care. This is an opportunity to lead a healthcare team while having a direct impact on clinical operations, employee development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Your Impact

In this leadership position, you will oversee day‑to‑day clinical operations and help ensure the team has the staffing, resources, training, and support needed to provide excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support clinical staff.
• Build strong working relationships with patients, physicians, and employees.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical resources based on patient and procedural needs.
• Ensure team members maintain appropriate licenses, certifications, and competencies.
• Coordinate new employee orientation, training, competency assessments, and performance reviews.
• Address patient and employee concerns and participate in root‑cause analysis.
• Lead and support QAPI and quality improvement initiatives.
• Complete required clinical, regulatory, and QAPI reporting.
• Maintain compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and other applicable standards.
• Oversee Infection Control, Radiation Safety, and Life Safety programs.
• Maintain safety, inspection, infection control, and regulatory documentation.Coordinate safety meetings, drills, and ongoing staff education.
• Monitor work communications and assist with additional operational needs as required.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Senior‑level healthcare experience may be considered in place of education requirements.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web‑based applications.

Preferred

• Infection Preventionist certification.
