Job summary

Touchpoints at Chestnut in Connecticut is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee, coordinate, assign, direct, and prioritize nursing staff to ensure efficient operation of the nursing unit.

This role requires a CT RN license, English proficiency, and experience in acute and/or long-term care within a skilled nursing facility. A COVID-19 vaccination is required. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Connecticut.
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading and writing.
• COVID-19 vaccination required; booster not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, assign, direct and prioritize the work of nursing staff to ensure efficient operation of the nursing unit.
• Ensure patient care quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize unit performance.

Qualifications
