Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Stepdown/Progressive Care unit at Paoli Hospital. The role involves caring for patients across trauma, cardiac, respiratory, neuro, medical, and surgical populations as part of an interdisciplinary team.

The position requires one year of Stepdown experience, an RN license (PA or multi-state via compact), and BLS certification. BSN preferred with tuition reimbursement up to $6,000/year and free employee parking.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown Nurse experience required.
• RN Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• PA RN license or multi-state license via Nursing Licensure Compact.

Responsibilities

• Care for Stepdown/Progressive Care patients (Trauma, Cardiac, Respiratory, Neuro, Medical, Surgical).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient experience.
• Shift: three out of four weekends per month; day shift; additional hours possible during the week.

As a Registered Nurse, you would be caring for the Stepdown/Progressive Care (Trauma, Cardiac, Respiratory, Neuro, Medical, Surgical) patient population.

• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
