Job summary

Main Line Health Paoli Hospital is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse to support Med-Surg/Telemetry units. Weekend schedules include various patterns with premium pay for day and night shifts.

Benefits eligible options include Medical, Dental, Vision, prorated Tuition Reimbursement and a 403B retirement plan. Prior acute care, Med-Surg or Telemetry experience is preferred, with RN Diploma/ASN required and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent acute care nurse experience is required.
• Med-Surg or Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care for Med-Surg and Telemetry units.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Support clinical ladder and professional development initiatives.

Available Schedules

• Weekend Program Includes Saturday and Sunday 2 out of 4 weekends 3 out of 4 weekends 4 out of 4 weekends
• Non-Benefits Eligible: 2/4 Weekends per Month
• Benefits Eligible: 3/4 and 4/4 Weekends per Month (Includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, Prorated Tuition Reimbursement and 403B retirement savings plan)
• Premium Rate of Pay
• 2/4 Weekend Program: $62.00 per hour for day shift; $69.00 per hour for Night shift
• 3/4 Weekend Program: $65.00 per hour for day shift; $72.00 per hour for Night shift
• 4/4 Weekend Program: $68.00 per hour for day shift; $75.00 per hour for Night shift

Experience
