Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Paoli Hospital's Progressive Care (PCU) unit. You will care for stepdown/telemetry patients as part of an interdisciplinary team on a 16-bed unit.

The role offers full-time night shifts (36 hrs/week, 7pm–7:30am) with weekend rotation, and tuition reimbursement up to $6,000/year. Requires PA RN license (or multi-state) and BLS; ASN required, BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma or ASN required.
• PA RN license (or multi-state license) valid in the Nursing Licensure Compact states.
• Provider BLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for stepdown/Telemetry patients on the PCU unit.
• Contribute to an interdisciplinary care team to enhance patient experience.
• Pursue professional development and participate in unit activities.

Shift:

Experience:

One year(s) of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown level Nurse experience required.

Education:

1. RN Diploma, ASN required.

2. BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
