Role:

Registered Nurse (RN) for Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Memory Care.

Responsibilities include:

Developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, collaborating across disciplines for coordinated care, providing patient and family education, delegating tasks to staff, and precepting students or new hires.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in Maine or ability to obtain one, strong critical thinking and communication skills, and at least one year of nursing experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply). Must be self-motivated with a commitment to high-quality care.

Key duties:

Providing compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive environment, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring adherence to professional standards.
