Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for long-term care.

• Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate resident-centered care, develop and evaluate care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, provide education and emotional support to residents and families, delegate tasks to ancillary staff, and perform supervisory duties as needed.

• Key Duties: Work 12-hour day shifts (7a-7p), full-time with 36 hours/week, ensuring high-quality care, patient safety, and resident well-being.
