Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Skilled Nursing Facility providing Long Term Care in Farmingdale, Maine. The role focuses on compassionate patient care, care-plan development, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

The RN will educate patients and families, supervise and delegate tasks as needed, and monitor safety and quality of care on a full-time basis (36 hours/week, day shift 7a-7p with differential).
