Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living in Dover, DE is seeking compassionate registered nurses to provide direct resident care in a geriatric and long-term care setting. The role includes administering medications, assessing residents, and coordinating with the nursing team to maintain high standards of comfort and safety.

Positions available: Part Time Day with rotating weekends and holidays, Full Time Evening with rotating weekends and holidays, Part Time Evening, Full Time Night, and PRN.

Qualifications

• Active Delaware Registered Nurse licensure required.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Active CPR required.
• One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Perform resident assessments.
• Participate in daily resident rounding.
• Provide supervision to nursing team.
• May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
