Job summary

Lifepoint Health’s Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital in Oklahoma City seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for Rehabilitation. This full-time day shift works 3x12s, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, joining a mission-driven care team dedicated to helping patients regain independence.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree (BSN preferred) with BLS certification, and thrives in a collaborative, high-stakes rehab environment, with opportunities for professional growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required.

• Rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
• Perform other duties as assigned.

How you'll contribute

A Rehab RN who excels in this role:

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs

What we're looking for

• Education: Associate's degree required. BSN preferred.
