Lifepoint Rehabilitation in Madison, NJ seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated rehabilitation team on a 3x12 night schedule (7p–7a) with rotating weekends. You will perform patient assessments, nursing interventions, and documentation to support medical necessity and care plans.
Requirements include NJ RN licensure, graduation from an accredited program (ADN/BSN/Diploma), BLS, and 6 months of acute care or med/surg experience. ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred but not required.
