Job summary

Lifepoint Health's Anderson Rehabilitation Hospital in Edwardsville, IL seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift in the rehabilitation unit. This full-time role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a mission-driven environment focused on helping patients regain independence and strength.

Responsibilities include direct/in-direct patient care, care-plan collaboration with families and the care team, monitoring patient status, and supporting discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• Current state RN licensure required.
• Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience preferred.

As aRegistered Nurse,you'llbe a trusted partner in our patients' recovery journeys. You will:

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process-Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation
• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans

Qualifications and requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.

Additional requirements include:

• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
• CRRN Preferred
• Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
