Job summary

North Florida Rehabilitation Hospital in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our rehabilitation team. You will provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with patients and families, monitor patient conditions, and support safe discharge planning.

The role requires a BSN/ADN or Nursing Diploma, an active RN license, CPR/BCLS certification, and ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN/ADN or Diploma).
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
• CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Nurse, deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process—Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues.
• Play a key role in discharge planning to support safe, successful transitions.

Qualifications and requirements:
