Job summary

MercyOne Clive Rehabilitation Hospital in Clive, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for rehabilitation. The role is full-time day shift 0700-1930 with a $15,000 sign-on bonus tied to a 30-month commitment.

Patients span stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic rehab, requiring comprehensive nursing care planning and coordination with the care team. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, communicate patient changes to physicians and staff, and participate in discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN, ADN or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state license as Registered Nurse.
• Iowa Mandatory Reporter - Dependent Adult and Child.
• CPR/BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
• Communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
• Participates in discharge planning process.

How you'll contribute

A registered nurse in this role:

What we're looking for
