Job summary

Loyola Medicine is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for a full-time Float Pool, Night Shift (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) at Loyola University Medical Center, located about 30 minutes from Downtown Chicago. ICU experience preferred and flexibility to cover a 6-week schedule with weekend shifts.

You will join a supportive, team-oriented unit with opportunities for growth, a strong culture, and competitive shift differentials; BSN or ADN is required, plus BLS certification and Illinois nursing license

Qualifications

• Experience in Intensive Care Unit settings.
• BSN or ADN from an accredited school.
• BLS Provider certification required prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as RN on Float Pool, Night Shift.
• Maintain high standards of safety and patient advocacy, especially during 12-hour night shifts.

Registry Level 2 requires 8 – 12 hour shifts in a 6- week schedule, including three weekend shifts, one winter and one summer holiday.

What Registered Nurse RN will need:

• A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required -BSN or ADN
• BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
• Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire

BSN Pay Range: $36.04 - $59.92 per hour

ADN Pay Range: $32.90 - $57.06 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
