Role

The RRT Nurse is a registered professional responsible for coordinating rapid response assessments, implementing interventions, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. They respond to RRT calls, assess and intervene during patient crises, document care, and develop clinical guidelines. They also monitor and analyze RRT data to identify improvement opportunities, educate staff and families, and support quality patient care initiatives.
