Qualifications

• RN license valid; multi-state licensure preferred
• BLS/ACLS and critical care certifications preferred
• Minimum 2 years in critical care nursing
• Strong interpersonal, communication, multi-tasking and stress management skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to RRT calls and coordinate patient care during emergencies
• Communicate with medical staff and other disciplines to promote outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Develop and implement clinical practice guidelines for RRT
• Monitor patient and code data, analyze trends, and recommend improvements
• Mentor peers, serve as a professional role model, and support a positive work environment
• Support performance improvement and quality initiatives
